acrobatics

In acrobatics, you can challenge yourself under the guidance of professional coaches!

Come practice acrobatics, body control, and new skills in a safe environment. The class covers the basics of acrobatics and includes practice of skills ranging from somersaults to more advanced flips, tailored to each participant’s skill level.


Aerobatics

In aerial acrobatics, you learn to climb to great heights and perform various drops and other tricks on the silks, the ring trapeze, and the rope.

This sport helps develop body control and strength in a variety of ways!


Exercise during breaks

Take a break in the middle of your workday!

Research shows that taking exercise breaks improves concentration, sharpens the mind, and boosts creativity. Our most popular exercise break package includes activation and mobility exercises.

Dancing is fun and great for everyone!

An easy and lively dance class. In this class, you don’t have to worry about whether your steps are correct. The main thing is to have fun and enjoy the vibe. We’ll do simple dance steps to upbeat music. You’ll also get to let your inner dancer shine and move however you like.

In this class, you might break a sweat—and feel great!


CIRCUS WORKSHOP

Circus fun for everyone!

Circus professionals Kate and Pasi design custom circus-themed workplace wellness packages where participants can try their hand at juggling through fun exercises or take part in an energetic whip-cracking workshop!

Theater/Dance

A dance/theater workshop focused on workplace well-being.

In this workshop, we’ll do simple exercises familiar from the worlds of dance and theater, both individually and in groups. These exercises help develop creativity, problem-solving skills, and team spirit.

By the end of the class, the goal is for participants to feel energized, creative, and relaxed. In this class, you’ll get to let loose!


Tricking

Trikaten is the most fun!

Learn how to perform spectacular tricks using your own body! Tricking combines fast-paced moves from various sports into spectacular sequences.

The routines combine acrobatics, martial arts elements, artistic gymnastics, and even breakdancing!
