QUESTION: What are the payment practices and age limits for open gym?
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
ANSWER:
PAYMENT PRACTICES AND AGE LIMITS
Main idea: ”Every participant pays”
Age limits and supervisors
Children aged 0-7 must be accompanied by an adult guardian/supervisor (when practicing on the trampoline, children under 10 must have a supervisor).
The guardian/supervisor does not need to pay for entry if they are not participating in activities. We allow one free guardian/supervisor per child.
The guardian/supervisor is responsible for the child's safe practice at Skillz Gym. For younger users, we recommend planning visits during times when there are fewer other users in the hall. This makes practicing safer.
We do not recommend jumping on the trampoline for children under 3 years old.
Children aged 8 and older do not require a guardian/supervisor for practice (note: an exception applies to trampolines, where a supervisor is required for children under 10), but the guardian remains responsible for the child's safe practice at Skillz Gym.
Skillz Gym does not have active supervision in the activity areas, so we recommend practicing in pairs or small groups.
Coaches, choreographers, personal trainers etc.
Alone = normal fee
With trainee(s) = no fee if the coach does not participate in activities themselves

ANSWER:
GENERAL RULES OF THE HALL
1. Practice skills safely
2. Be considerate of other practitioners
3. No eating in activity areas
4. Do not litter
ACROBATICS AREA RULES
1. Avoid practicing alone
2. Perform running acrobatics on the air track one person at a time
3. One person at a time into the foam pit (without shoes)
4. One person at a time on the trampolines (without shoes)
5. Use of the competition trampoline
To practice on the trampoline, you must have experience jumping on a trampoline. Our trampoline is a large competition trampoline, so it has more rebound than basic trampolines, and therefore special caution must be exercised when using it.
Skillz Gym does not have active supervision in the activity areas, so we recommend practicing in pairs or small groups.
Question: What are the rules at Skillz Gym?
question: Do I need to reserve a specific time or area for open gym?
ANSWER:
For Open Gym, a spot and time must be booked from the studios, but not from the main hall area (acrobatics area, sprung floor, and mats 1&2).
You can find more information here.
Simultaneous bookings are made for only one area per time slot, but you can book several consecutive time slots for either the same or different areas. For example, you can book a spot in Studio 1 from 12-13 and in Studio 2 from 13-14, but both studios cannot be booked simultaneously from 12-14.
We reserve the right to cancel open gym bookings if necessary. Cancellations will always be communicated personally either by email or text message.
